Ingredients

  • 1. 1 cup Oil (any veg oil except coconut or olive oil)
  • 2. 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar / White Vinegar
  • 3. 1/2 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
  • 4. 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and blend it using an immersion blender or hand held blender till the oil emulsifies.

2. If using a regular blender, blend all the ingredients except oil for 10 sec and then add oil gradually and blend at slow speed till it emulsifies.

3. Your rich and creamy Homemade Vegan Mayo is ready! Refrigerate immediately and enjoy chilled.

Notes

1. Ensure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
2. If your mayo doesnโ€™t emulsify, add more oil until it thickens.
